One day at a time. Put two together, then add a third and you’re on your way. Don’t get discouraged or give up if you miss a day or two. Start over one day at a time. I’ve been working out for more years than I can remember. The key for me was finding something I liked doing. That’s what started me on my lifestyle change.

I think many of us (myself included, of course) get off to a rocky start when it comes to self-improvement goals. The important thing, though, is that you keep trying and it sounds like you are.

Keep it up! :)

I don't make resolutions because when you think about it, Jan 1st is just another day. And a New Year is just a day further on from Last Year.

Much easier to just truck on. No guilt then...

PS: I go to the podiatrist every four weeks - best money ever as I have appalling feet! I'd go see the podiatrist if I were you as keeping moving is vital and we need our feet to move, don't we.

Yes, the whole New Year's thing is completely psychological. Every day is another opportunity to start again!

I'll see how this foot feels and whether I was able to heal it with the DIY method. I sure don't want my mobility limited and have no problem seeing a doctor. Thank you!
