I don't handle anger well. I used to handle it much better. The problem (today) is that I get angry and ruminate. It takes me longer to get over it. Once I do get over it I don't give it a second thought. And I've learned that if someone makes me angry more than a couple times I tend to move on and drop them like a hot potato. This does help tremendously!
